cyan beard error

me and my partner have just got this game, im able to play but she keeps getting cyan beard error
we are on the same network and have he exact same set up, so we are very confused

Same issue here. I had to ask for a refund. This is absurd. I think it has something to do with the xbox-microsoft account-steam link and support wants to keep putting people back to looking at their network.

can't remember but that might be the one i was having when i first started playing this time around. kept disconnecting from my friend's ship. i had to log out and log back in but since then i haven't had an issue except for when the game glitched on me yesterday.
