Can i solo the tall tales?
Something ive always wanted to do in this game were the tall tales. None of my friends unfortunately will play it with me these days though. I was thinking of trying Safer Seas, and doing some of the tall tales. Is that possible? Are multiple people required?

You can solo them, and in many cases it's quicker and easier to do them solo.
Certainly. Have fun. :sotship:
Thank you, i look forward to my adventures!

The only thing I'll add here is that some parts of the tall tales can be a little quicker if you have a couple of friends available. There are a few where you have to move multiple items around, and it's quicker for 4 people to make 1 trip than it is for 1 person to make 4 trips.

But yes, aside from that, the tall tales are very solo friendly. Probably even more so if you're playing them on Safer Seas and don't have to worry about someone rolling up and sinking you while you're in the middle of an island staring at a map or something.

This is true for anything in the game. More people means more hands means faster to move and get things done. However, if none of your friends want to actually help, they would just be an extra body doing nothing and honestly just get in the way.
Yeah, tall tales are definitely solo-able in Safer Seas. I cannot even fathom how irritating trying to do a tall tale on high seas especially before checkpoints could be saved. I had never bothered to even attempt tall tales on high seas due to the time needed and chance of interruption when my time available to play is pretty limited. Now with checkpoints you can complete 1/4 to completely with just needing to a turn in and you can come back to complete it, finding the necessary bits on your voyage table after starting the tale again where you left off.
