Plunder Pass and Ancient Coins still in Steam Inventory
I got the Plunder Pass and Ancient Coins, and yet, no matter how many times I restart the game, restart my device, Steam, verify integrity of files, etc….

Yeah, they’re still stuck in my Steam Inventory and not showing up in-game. Never had this happen.

Tried contacting Steam Support and all they told me to do was verify files, which again, I’ve done multiple times. Anyone else having this problem?

Edit: Steam Support finally got back to me for the second time after I clarified I had already tried verifying the files. Guess what they told me? To contact Rare Support. Know what Rare told me the other day? Contact Steam Support. If this doesn’t go through soon I’m just gonna push HARD for refunds cuz this is ridiculous.

i bought the mystical owl set, the plunder pass and 1000 aincent coins but it only gave me the mystical owl set, plunder pass and coins went into my steam inventory, i figured the update this morning would fix it but nothing so far, i tried contacting rare but no luck so far

My Plunder Pass is available now, I didn't log any support tickets or anything, must have been just a huge delay in processing.

its a problem with the game, im not sure why it happens, sometimes it can take up to a week to receive the stuff, sometimes its instant and sometimes its only a few hours. rare most of the time has no idea what is even going over on steam, and steam doesnt own the game so they have no control over it

Same problem, i bought plunder pass in steam and it srill NOT activated in game. Also bought antient coin, and i got it in a momeent.

Relogin, new session - no plunder pass.

Having the same issue with the season 13 plunder pass- rare tells me it's an issue with steam, and steam's automated help guide says to go ask rare.

update to my plunder pass issue- my issue was that I purchased through the steam -app-, and the pass was stuck in my steam inventory and nothing would prompt it to add in-game. Credit where it's due, rare's support team was persistent in giving me a bunch of solutions to try. While none of them worked, I give them credit for being thorough. Steam's automated support kept telling me to ask Rare.

I got a refund for the pass (which was still stuck in my steam inventory 2 days later). I re-purchased the pass in-game. In-game, if you run a steam copy you'll get a steam pop-up to confirm buying ancient coins if you don't have enough. but you purchase coins and pass in-game and circumvent steam inventory. This time, the pass added instantaneously. I'd recommend purchasing in-game, as it avoids the steam inventory unnecessary step altogether.
