Sea of Thieves Ship Roles?

I've been gone a while but it seems now there's new lingo for roles and ♥♥♥♥. Is there like a guide for that and on top of that how modern PVP works now?

I don't know about new, but they still the usual, just fancy names to call driver, utility and dps.
Most people ignores the roles and goes full pepega, open crew don't know about roles so you only worry about those when you're in a premade.

helmsman - focus wheel
main cannon - focus shooting
flex - boarder & support
bilge - focus repair / bucket

helmsman asks sails help from flex
bilge asks flex if need help bucketing and if worse asks helms
main cannon always shoot 24/7
flex supports and try to board if under control
bilge repairs
