Problems buying items on PC

I often experience a consistent lag or an outright pinwheel of death when purchasing items in Sea of Thieves.
I am sure Its not problem with network speed and I have turned of IPV6 on my adapter and updated everything.

Is there anything I can do to mitigate this incredibly annoying issue with the game?

I just experienced a good example of this when trying to buy a pocket watch I had to wait 45 seconds for the game to "count my coins"

Best advice I can offer: make sure you don't have any needed updates for Microsoft Store, XBox, Game Bar, etc as any of these can cause the spinning pinwheel of death/lag to occur. Since this game is linked to your Microsoft/XBox account then it uses that info to save anything associated with your in-game purchases (even with in-game gold). I'm sure there's a notice about this somewhere on the main website also but I have no idea where atm.

Fyi, for those that aren't aware, even if you are using the Steam version of the game it still uses apps from the Microsoft Store to connect so you're forced to use them whether you want to or not. Rare should post a notice about this somewhere (and keeping these apps up-to-date) but apparently I'm unable to locate anything about it.

Sadly that didn't help. I even restarted my router and opened the x box app before playing. even getting promotions just hangs and I have to restart the game. I have no idea whats going on.

Internet speed is? PC specs are good?
