Did anyone get it?
I heared you need to deliver the skull 30-50 times to unlock it.
The commendation unlocked, still with dev language text, yet I do not own the mask.
Is it bugged or did I missunderstand something?

Np, some titles are also sent to the store instead of the chest for some reason.
