DualSense (PS5 Controller) not working

Steam claims there's support of the DualSense conroller, but it does not work properly.

If you turn on the Steam Input - it just emulates Xbox controller (and the game shows Xbox icons).
If you turn off the Steam Input - it doesn't recognize controller at all.

I've checked it with DualShock (PS4 Controller) - and it works without Steam Input, displaying proper icons and controller image.

Couldn't solve the problem for the DualSense, however people claim there is a support for that and share guides and videos with outdated steam big picture settings to force turn off Steam Input. Has anyone found out how to pair DualSense with Steam with Fallen Order?

I use DualSenseX and it works perfectly on all my games with the PS5 controller.

For whatever reason, my DualSense Controller that I just got doesn't work with this game at all, neither natively nor with Steam Input enabled.
I don't mind having Xbox Glyphs either, I just want the controller to work. Steam Input works fine for other games that don't have native DualSense Controller Support.
In addition to starting from Steam and from the .exe itself, I also tried starting it from the EA Launcher, but nothing helps.
Using an Xbox Controller works fine, however.
