Yes. This requires an EA Account as it launches through the EA App.

Also, this is the first one (Fallen Order). Survivor is the sequel.

Not sure what you mean 'always online' drm? Cuz, after the initial install and first run, you can put the client(s) into 'offline' mode and still play the game. I do. There's some little lines icon in top left corner of the EA client... click it and there's several options to choose--one of which is putting client in offline mode. You can then disconnect from the internet and still play your games.
