Mouse Clicks not registering

Is anyone else having an issue with the mouse clicks not registering. I end up not blocking when I try to or not attacking. Seems like a game issue as it does not happen with anything else I play. Is there a mechanic i'm not understanding?

try full screen. the mouse wanders off the game screen in windowed and becomes unresponsive. no joke. it will work then flawlessly.

i was enraged about the origin version, until i found out it is just the windowed fullscreen that causes this.

oh my god, thank you. just got the game and it was barely playable before I switched to fullscreen.

How do you make it go fullscreen? I only see windowed fullscreen and windowed options?
