Respec Skill Points?

Is there a way to respec skill points? If not, is there an external way to do it without it being considered cheating?

Not in-game there isn't. There's really no need to respec though considering you can unlock everything in one playthrough.

I know you can unlock everything easily but my question remains. I knew I would get this exact type of response so its my fault for not clarifying in the main post.
