Saving?

I'm on that 2 hours timer to decide if I want to keep the game.

Played 20 minutes then went off to look up stuff, since there is nowhere to look up controls ingame??? (Controller controls aren't of any use to me, and they were the only ones I saw).
Anyway, in order not to waste time I closed the game.

Somehow I thought the game autosaves when leaving, since there was no save function to be seen ... Now I've lost these 20 minutes, since apparently you have to get to certain points to save? Is that right? How much time is there between these points? I mean, I can't just play for hours just to save the game???

Or did I get that wrong?

Also, is there a way to customize key bindings? I have no idea how I should reach the Z in anything resembling a decent response time.

press esc go to controls or possibly gameplay and the keybinds should be in there,
and to save you need to get to a meditation area and enter it and then leave

and i don't think you get to the first meditation area for maybe 45 minutes. the game doesn't really seem to have "levels" it just keeps going so i can't say for sure

Just refund it. You are obviously not able to tie your shoes on your own so this won't be fun. How do you turn your pc on by yourself?

I honestly think the game is very much so worth it just a little tricky to learn

It really depends I guess this game is very dark souls like and exploring is very big in this game. So if you don’t like that refund otherwise keep

i set my evade key to the middle mouse wheel and it is working a lot better for me

@ Corbae: No need to be rude. You could have stuck with " I should refund it" which I agree on.

Customizing the key bindings is actually one of the first things I do with most of the games I play, it was just in this game that I didn't find it. I looked at it again and found now that the Keyboard control settings are indeed to be found behind the "edit controls" buttons under the overview of the default CONTROLLER controls. And not under a nonexistant button/tab for KEYBOARD controls. Who expects that? Not me.

Anyway, I refunded it now. It's not my genre and I only gave the game a try because this is what EA made instead of a SW RPG, and because it's part of SW canon.
The stupid saving system is the straw that breaks the eopie's back.
