There’s a point in the game where you get access to the rest of the colors all at once, these being cyan, yellow, magenta, purple, and indigo. Keep in mind however, that this point is pretty much at the late-endgame so you’ll mostly be using these only when doing the last few bits of story and backtracking to collect everything if you’re a completionist. There is no new game plus as of now, so you will only have the 2 starting colors if you start a new game.
