PC vs PS4 Version?
I have a standard PS4 and a PC that meets minimum but not recommended specs. Which would be most likely to run better?

Specifically, I have a GTX 1060, intel i5-7400, and 8GB of RAM

PC will run a little better, especially if you have an SSD or M.2 (to reduce the stutter when loading chunks of the game world) and at least you can lower settings to smooth out performance. The performance on the PS4 (even the pro) is rough for this game.

How is this game’s performance on the Xbox One S console?

Performance on console are very unstable. Don't you guys check Digital Foundry... the console versions are quite broken.

30fps vs 90fps?

Man I'm running this on a GTX 780 with slow server processors and ECC ram; I'm managing >50fps. Still better than console.

PS4 version is better solely because you don't have to deal with Origin.
