This response is idiotic and also smart at the same time. This game is notorious for poor performance on PC and it is unsurprising that a lower spec machine runs this game better because the hardware of the lower spec machine is closer to the hardware configuration of consoles - which the game was designed to run on. The performance is so bad that I might request a refund and get my $5.00 back.

You're on mid-range graphics hardware I'm afraid. Did you make sure you were running it on the appropriate settings? Trying to play at 4k on a 3060 probably wouldn't be a great idea either, so making sure your resolution scale wasn't above 100% would've been something to look for as well.

All that being said, I understand you already refunded the game and doubt you'd have any interest in trying again, and that you may have already checked all the things I suggested. I wish you luck in the future, farewell random internet stranger.

Never played on 4K, tried tweaking any setting I could, only the refund button could fix the issue.

Hey! I was having the same problem. In my case, I disabled the Steam overlay in the game properties and also capped the fps at 60. The stuttering didn't go away completely but it got noticeably better, enough to play the game without any major issues.

A classic Unreal Shader Compilation on-fly issue. This game runs at DX12 with no pre shader compilation. Try play using ProtonDB, at worst scenario disable SMT in your BIOS for AMD CPUs. #StutterStrugle
