chapter 3 is stuck on 03/04

hi so im on chapter 5 of the game and im on 06/06 but for some reason when i look back on chapter 3 it says 03/04 i dont understand why its saying ive somehow skipped an entire chapter. the strangest part is i did play through it. its like the game didnt count it. i played through the entire tomb of muktrill segment and its just saying i didnt. is there anyway to fix this because its really bugging me

nope it didnt unlock and its really annoyed the hell out of me since i have gone for 100% completion ive finished the main story and ive 100% all the planets but literally chapter 3 part 4 is just missing

Im at the same spot. Wondering if anyone figured this out yet? Or was there an alternative path to be taken on Chapter 3? Is that why we only have 3/4?

3/4 is a Tomb of M on Zeffo (second tomb). Have you completed it on 100% just to be sure?

i 100% the entire game it just seems the game forgets chapters my friend had a part of chapter four and two missing

Yeah, after the 100% I realized it had been fixed. Thank you though.
