How do you save?

I assumed it was Dark Souls style saving where it's always saving in the background but I loaded my game this morning and about 20% of what I did last night is gone.

Meditate at a circle. Autosaves you there.

Thanks. I guess I must have missed where the game tells you that (If it even does). So used to quitting out of Dark Souls and not having to worry.

At the place where you rest,learn skills.You just sit at that place,no need to rest,then you back to the game and its already saved.

You meditate in the little force circles you use to level up in and it automatically saves.

You need to meditate

No it does not save in the background.
You save by the roundcircles around the game where it says 'Meditate'
Just go in and then out again and your game has been savede.
