Im stuck at 98% exploration on illum, 96% on crystal caves and dont know why

I found all secrets, all chests and all that, and still stuck at 96% on crystal caves, cant find what im missing honestly

Theres a crab wall somewhere in the centre of the big room, instead of climbing up it, look to the left and youll see an echo on a small ledge.

Once you unlock the shortcut, by intuition you see a vine wall, you will want to climb that up, instead go to your left, there is an echo there

For me it was the area where echo: The Gathering #4, Youngling Afraid was
There's the tall climbing wall in the middle of the area, climb down instead of up. It takes you down and around to the echo
