100% but missing databanks?

According to my map I explored all of Dathomir but when I go to my databanks I'm missing 4 entries. Is this normal?

isn't the data banks where the mini bot examines the structures and creatures? Maybe you ran past those that you were suppose to react to it with the mini bot.

I thought they were the force sense thingy as well?

bruh, idk xD. i barely even paid attention to the databanks but yes, those force sense thingies too.

Oh I think I just figured it out.
On Ilum I had 2 databanks missing.
I found 1 echo and it 100% the planet. On my way out I found a drone scan which apparently don't count toward exploration .
