Stuck in Venator.

Im past the area where you find the Rabid Jotax. I dropped down a hole and have made my way around to what looks like an elevator. The elevator is green but the door to it will not open, probably because it's at the top. There doesn't seem to be a way to call the elevator down and I can not go back the way I came.

Any solution outside of restarting?

never mind. discovered the solution immediately after posting. I performed the required action a couple times before but never noticed the door open .

You have to cut the wire that’s hanging in the water to the right of the door so the water won’t electrocute you, then use BD to turn on the power to open the door.

This a weird as hell part of the game. The big spinning wheel thing that's force-vulnerable and has a big section cut out of it does noooooooooooooooooooooothing.

There’s a vent in the room you can push open, that leads to another pushable grate in the floor. The path eventually leads up to a control room that turns on the spinning wheel. You use slow on it to get back out.

I'll have to explore it. It's a bit annoying that they put it next to what looks like it will be a more complicated puzzle to progress (but it's just CHOP THE WIRE).

The spiny thing on the left there is for a hidden echo. Just cut the power at the right time.

Also I thought you were talking about the turbine in the Rabid Jotaz room in my previous comment.

I found the echo, at least there was something in there after all.
