They didn't give it out over there, don't know what you're talking about.

The only additional copy of JFO you get is when you link to Origin. For example, I bought Jedi Fallen Order here on Steam but after linking it to Origin, I got the copy on Origin too, it just has a "Steam" logo showing that it's linked.

Same story. I think, Epic just detected the downloaded game on your PC. You can launch it from your Epic library, but you still have an option to buy it in their store. Long story short, if you delete the game from Steam, you won't be able to launch it via Epic library unless you buy it there again.
