Quick question
I'm lost on a map, can't find my way back to the ship because the enemy respawns, so i can't tell where I've been before. Even fully zoomed out the map is too close to the screen to see it all. Is there any other way to end a mission aside from basically, playing each map twice? I'm completely lost. Game breakingly so.

You can move the map around. Otherwise no, there isn't. You shouldn't need to play it twice.
most maps are straight lines with a few side routes, I usually just walk in the general direction of the ship and I get there just fine every time

You leave the ship and go do the mission objective. then you have to go all the way back to the ship across the entire level, with all of the enemies having respawned. So yes, you do have to do each map twice.

It's a maze with tons of dead ends. The map dosen't show all the passages. I'm so lost, I'm about ready to just forever quit. It's the map that starts with a Z right after you do all the junk with those balls. I'm on the surface where the water is trying to get back to my ship.

Zeffo is a pretty complex map, yeah. There are a lot of shortcuts and you should be able to get back to the ship fairly quickly and avoid many of the enemies. I'd suggest you take your time though and explore the map.

I've been stuck on this map for two days. I just want it to stop!

I slid down an ice ramp. At the bottom of it there's water, a crashed ship and a couple man things walking around. Every way out is a dead end. I'm just stuck there. This section seems isolated from the rest of the world even. There's nothing on the map connecting it to the rest of the map at all.

Yeah, just climb up onto the ship and head to the left.

In the circular bit near the small crashed fighter where there's a big monster that you have to fight with a few other little ones you need to climb up onto the circle and run around it until you see a climbable piece of wall hanging off the big crashed ship. Climb up onto this and then make your way across the big crashed ship to get out.

I find the map layouts confusing too and the map you get with the droid isn't great if you find yourself lost.

Yeah another guy said climb up on the ship and go left. There is a set of halls and a lift that way, but it all just leads right back to the same ice ramp! lol

There's a small cave entrance in that area that has another ice ramp in it that leads down to some ice caves. When you get to the bottom go left and kill the troopers and hop in the elevator. It takes you right next to the Mantis.

Found my way out. I couldn't get back to the ship because you're not supposed to. There's a surprise ending to that mission that you have to find, and it's no where near the ship.

why did you make it sound like you NEED to go back to the ship lol

Because I thought I did. The mission way point thing was AT the ship. They said meet me back at the ship so we can go to the wookie planet again. There not only was no indication not to go to the ship, there was every indication TO go there. Along with the REAL exit being very well hidden.
