Best Video Settings?

I'm getting frame rate drops pretty often. What video settings should I reduce first? What do you advise is the best bang for the buck?

gtx 1070 with i7 / 7700 with 32 gb ram. It should hold up. Thank you

You should be able to run it at 1080p/ 60 fps with a combination of epic and high settings. I'm doing 2k /60 fps with a 2070 and 9600k CPU with epic/high settings. I tend to be rather conservative with video settings if my frame rate is stable, so I don't know if I can get away with higher graphics settings - sometimes I just want to play the game and not spend 2 hours min/maxing performance on day one.

you can run at 60 fps 1080p at high settings
at epic u will sew some drops
the game was rushed a little in some areas so yes u will get fps drops (y)

Best settings? EPIC on all of them.
