1. Find the config file:
Windows Key + R, then in the text box enter %localappdata%\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
then press enter

2. Scroll down to [ScalabilityGroups] and change sg.AntiAliasingQuality=x to sg.AntiAliasingQuality=0

Hey, i feel your pain. If you have an NVIDIA card, you can actually turn on the NVIDIA Sharpneing filter from the Control Pannel, and it makes a world of difference. Images look very crisp and clear. Even more, the game supports Freestyle, and it lets you even add custom filters in-game to mess around with.

There's no way AA is making the game look "blurry". Are you sure you're not thinking of the motion blur effects? Disable them in the advanced video settings.

Yes, AA can make the game look blurry if the game is using low resource intensive AA. Fallen Order uses SMAA, which makes it look like you just smeared vaseline all over your screen.

No, Fallen Order is using TAA not SMAA. If it was using SMAA, It would actually look good since SMAA is the best type of AA that doesn't actually blur. TAA, on the other hand is blurry garbage AA.

You can turn it off. Go to settings and put something on medium so it shows custom in graphics quality. Then if using an Xbox controller press A to highlight graphics quality then press B. It glitches all settings to low, an unselectable setting. While all settings change to low, AA turns to off.

Wrong, MSAA is much better than SMAA since MSAA basically renders corners at super resolution. Then you have SSAA which is basically the best AA technique (but super resource intensive)

IF you read the acedemic paper of SMAA you will see that its porpuse is to get results close to MSAA while being less resource intensive, whole porpuse of SMAA is to be a "cheaper" version of MSAA, and its a good technique, but MSAA is still better for visual quality.

Motion Blur is in the normal game menus somewhere. I kept it on in the end because for whatever reason things were worse without it.

Fantastic, this is an absolutely essential feature for a quality picture, I don't understand why it's so stupidly hidden. Thanks bro.
