How to cut a oggdo's tongue?

I tried more then 20 times and Kal doesn't cut it with both attacs (fast and strong). Slow, evade, hit - doesn't works =\\\\

I have tried to do this unsuccessfully as well, without lock-on etc maybe I'm missing a specific move

you might need some extra force power you maybe haven´t unlocked yet?

I did it once while using the upward slash after you roll. I didn't use slow but I probably got lucky.

I've given up on it. All the comments I've read about the difficulty. The numerous attempts I've seen it take in vids and streams where players tried to get it. Not worth the effort. I've been enjoying this game, but good lord is it full of wonkiness.

You use force pull that you get later to pull the tongue too you and you can slash it or use slow and slash.

You can only do this late-game with a certain story-locked mechanic. Don't worry about it until you get it (you'll know what it is).

Once you use said mechanic on an oggdo it's as easy as kicking dirt. It turns into a free hit.

Don't try dodging the power attack because that's not how you do it and it won't recognize you hitting the tongue.

Watch for its tell for when it's going to spit its tongue out, then use slow, roll to the side, force pull the tongue out and hold, then chop it.

I would like to see a video wherein you don't have to use Force Pull to cut its tongue off. Make sure it's an Oggdo Bogdo, though. Hahaha. These oggdos are my favorite enemies to parry, and I always parry their normal attacks and counterattack until I kill them.

I just got that ability and tried it on a whim since I've come back to Bogano for story and did it first try. Nothing I read or watched mentioned needing the enhanced move. I too would also like to see it done with just Force Slow.

I stood at a distance and waited until it began opening its mouth, then used Force slow then sliced it. Got to time it right.

i think my game is bugged cause i just tried a bunch of times using the force pull and even did it once with the slow and it still does not give me the achievement.

you need force pull for it, just slowing it down and trying to cut it doesn't work

yeah thats why i feel my game is bugged because i have been using the force pull and cutting it off but the game wont give me the achievement
