Pre Order bonus not showing up?

I pre ordered the game but I can't change my lightsaber colour to orange or see any of the other options. Do they come later in the game or am I meant to have them straight away?

I was able to access the premium content, including the orange saber color, at the first workbench for lightsaber customization.

You gotta make it to your first lightsaber workbench. You will then gain access to your new lightsaber colors and hilt customizations.

Bugger, ok well at least I know something has gone wrong. I might contact support to see if they can fix the problem.

I had the same problem. I pre ordered the deluxe version through steam, and preloaded through steam before launch. First game start was through steam, and I only saw the crimson bd-1 and mantis skin. Then I backed out, loaded up Origin, and then updated the game through that. Afterwards I re entered the game and the pre order bonus was there

I just had to reload the game multiple times, its a weird glitch but now I have my golden lightsaber haha
