As somebody who is playing on console. I have notice this too that the respawn timer is a joke, and not to mention a few performance issues here there. Also i don't know about you but the enemy A.I. seems a bit....off

I just came across a sub boss thing, it one shots me on Grans Master, so Obviously I need to come back later but holy jesus, i was sitting there longer on the Loading than anything else.
makes me not want to fight it yet.

What are your specs? It's been smooth and almost no load times for me. installed on a regular hdd as well. some stutters coming in to new areas, but that's gone in a few seconds.

GTX 950, 15.98 GB Ram, 4170QC.

not the best stuff, but I'd think it should be able to handle this game considering its just hack n slash like Souls & Monster Hunter in that aspect.

Around a couple seconds here also. RTX 2080 on SSD I9-9900k also playing on Origin though but not really sure that would make any difference at all.

Moving my install from HDD to an SSD and probably refunding if it isn't considerably faster.

Minute long respawn times seem like just about the worst thing possible in a 'souls-like' game. I love that you can tell they thought it was an issue with how the controller vibrates when it's done loading just to let you know to pay attention again.
