RESET STIM CANISTERS-DELETE JOURNEYS

Hello.When i went to zeffo i had 3 stim canisters from bogano.I add another two on
zeffo.By mistake i used one and after resting at a meditation point (turbine facility) every time after Reswpaning i have the 4 of them.Is there any way to restore the missing one or should start a new journey?
2)How can delete journeys?Is there any option via steam or game?Or should do it manually from C drive?I have 3-4 empty journeys when i started to play tha game a few months ago.

if you meditate it wont give it back?
the last canister you got if you check it again its open or can be open again?
the save files can be swapped or what only manually(ofc if you dont want start new journey from start...)
btw which 2 you got on zeffo?

Thank you for your responce.And i am sorry for my delay.
I spend it one of the 3 stim canisters,that i brought from bogano.But i do it before meditate at the entering of turbine facility.So after respawn i have totally 4 stim canisters.So generally if i spend a canister before interact with meditation point is gone?How to delete journeys exactly?

you said you found 2 on zeffo, I asked which 2 you got(im not 100% sure but I think you can get more than 2 on zeffo in total...)

well if its gone then its bug because it didnt happen to me and It got refilled for me after meditation...
well just find folder and file that keeps the save and replace it but idk the path didnt need to do it....but I know its possible to manually change save files...
and..im not 100% sure but i think if you open the gold box with canister it will fully refill your stims to max+1....
