Subtitles and a question about cut scenes

Good afternoon!

The game seems to run pretty well on my PC. It's taking me on a nice little trip down story avenue. But, when I go to Settings -> Gameplay and try to turn on subtitles, it just skips over the option and goes to the next thing. My language is set to English in the Steam settings for the game and I just want English subtitles.

Also, there's quite a bit of stuttering with some of the cut scenes, and I can't think of any reason I should be experiencing this.

Any advice greatly appreciated. : )

Anyone? I'm fine with the stuttering with the cut scenes, it's annoying but not deal-breaking and the actual game part is very smooth. But subtitles are important to me.

it works for me :/...turn off/on no problem...(I tried it from main menu)...with mouse

I have the same issue. It´s not possible to turn on the subtitles. Why?

I don't know about the subtitles issue, but as for the stuttering, it can be reduced by lowering post processing down to medium. However, the stutters during the cutscenes on kashyyyk after hijacking the AT-AT were fudged from a patch, there's no fixing that one.
