Can't find savefile

My game fails to save, and other people who has had the same problem says you should delete the existing save to fix it, but I can't figure out where the save file is located, does anyone know where it is?

%userprofile%\Saved Games\Respawn\

you'll find your save files on the Origin page in the cloud. Even if you find them in steam it will be of no use to you unless you delete them from Origin.

you might also try closing Steam and just use the Origin launcher. There you will have access to all files and features for the game.

I don't have the origin page in the cloud.

No the cloud on the Origin page. In the game folder in Origin you have access to all the game properties. the cloud there being the cloud. you use that same folder to delete any unwanted save files. but rather then try a delete them, you should just overwrite them instead.

There's nothing there either

Not sure why it isn't there for you. Is your saved games folder empty? Try do a folder search.
I could upload my save if you want to test things.

Yes, my saved games folder is empty, I've tried to do a folder search but couldn't find anything then either.

Check folder options, maybe it is hidden for some reason. Here's my save:

Put the JediFallenOrder folder in %userprofile%\Saved Games\Respawn\
Make sure you have the read/write permission and read-only is unchecked.
Also, try running the game as Admin.
In game, change some settings from the main menu and back out, see if "GameUserSettings.sav" file has a new modified date.

Hey, having the same problem. I can not find the savefile anywhere. My "Saved Games" are completely empty . Did you just create a new folder named "Respawn" and copy the folder of the game in or what did you do?

No the game creates those folders (Saved Games\Respawn\JediFallenOrder) when you have run the game once and saved.

Its very possible that the issue is related to the save cloud feature with EA app... I saw similar issue on Survivor forum unfortunately. If EA cloud still have your save then it should pop up a prompt and let you retrieve them back to your PC, if the option doesn't pop up then well... not much you can do really since save files are automatically sync up.

Okay i am screwed then cus I never got the chance to play in the first place. The error came up since the first time I launched the game :,/
