I stuck at jedi temple puzzle

Evrything is ok until this part. I have explored evrything so far killed evryone found all secrets.... Now for one day(for more than 4 hours of gameplay) iam stuck at this jedi temple puzzle at the snow and dont know why! So i became so angry that since i hate puzzles i decided to see the solution of it on youtube. I saw this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ochSit_iLGY and while at 1:44 the door opens for me it didnt open. I restarted the game countless of times and do it as the video shows but nothing happens. Anyone else has this problem?
