Stuck in tutorial, Target Lock/Switch Targets

Hello! i've got the game through origin premier, and it's still downloading, passed the mark to make it playable though, so i just jumped into it! i do have a steam controller however i can't use it while origin is up so i'm stuck using keyboard/mouse for now...

i've gotten to the point of the tutorial where i need to target lock/switch targets, i have once managed to use the middle mouse button to target, but couldn't switch, i googled it and all it says is to just move the mouse sideways slightly, nothing, i got frustrated and reset the game, and now i can't even target lock, am i just being stupid and missing something, or is this a common issue?

i ended up changing the lock-on button and it's working fine now...

Ok, this was a ♥♥♥♥♥ to figure out.

1. Middle mouse to lock on.
2. Move mouse left/right to switch targets.
3. LMB to activate light saber.
4. Attack.

After you kill the first 2 and move forward you'll have to kill a few more. Don't move all the way up hang back a bit or the camera gets messed up.
