Timing Bug

So, I've run into an unpassable bug. On the Bracca train bit, there's a part where you climb onto a bar that swings you outwards. After this, you are supposed to jump onto two grates. As you climb off of the grates, they are supposed to fall off. But the game has a bug where they will fall of before you get on them, making it impossible to progress further. Help?

Once you swing out a timer starts, if your to slow yes they will fall off and your left hanging. Try moving a little faster. The bar doesn't move until your at the end of it, when it does, jump and move left and up.

I don't think you quite understand. It is literally a bug. It is only supposed to to fall of once you are off of the grate.
