How did the Empire even find out about Cal being a Jedi?
The scene where he saved his friend wouldn't be obvious to any observers, only to Prauf and of course Cal would know it was the force (as there were no observers, and even if there were it would be from a long distance away.) To me, even the moment he used the force to save Prauf seemed almost natural, as if it was luck.

Force-users can sense ripples in the Force caused by all sorts of events. Cal's use of the Force to save Prauf was like lighting a match in a pitch black room to the Emperor, Vader, and the Inquisitors.

That would be my guess.

Arik is right. The moment he used it, the sith could sense him.

an imperial droid witnesses him rescue his work partner using the force when he falls + Cere also intercepts it's report of the incident that's why she is there as well.

There’s a probe droid flying around in the scene where Prauf falls. And they’re purpose is to spy and gather information.

that's actually explaining a lot- Why they Couldn't sense him before- he was Unwillingly Suppressing the Force inside him just like Cere did - but since he didn't quite understand What he did, it had effect on him, so he started forgetting the use of the Force powers (he couldn't use telekenesis, force Push etc. until extreme situation kick-started his Force "instincts").
Cere, on the other hand, knew exactly how to suppress her Force by cutting herself from it- and thus, Preserving her skills. That's kind of my theory

This, rewatch that cutscene and you can see a probe droid watching him during that whole scene.

Doing another playthrough and I just noticed the probe droid.. can't believe I missed it.

Although, why would the Inquisitors have all the workers on the tram get off and demand for the Jedi to come out if they knew it was Cal the whole time? Messing with him?

Good question there mate. I missed the droid too but if thats the case, like you said..why question everyone? I guess maybe they thought Prauf could have had the power instead of Cal.

Probably more of a fear tactic to keep the workers from rebelling, which they might have if they knew they had a Jedi among them. Prauf’s speech revealed how the Empire screwed them all over.

I more question why Ninth Sister says, “I found the Jedi.” Since one, they likely knew Cal was the Jedi to begin with, and two, no she didn’t, Cal revealed himself, twice.

Know I’m a few years late, but that was my question to. Why did she say it was her that found Cal? Even if she somehow missed Cal obviously pulling out his lightsaber, the second sister saw and reacted to him first

It's simple how they found him but the question is the time-line it wasn't even a single day since he used the force how the hell did they get there so fast.

The only Jedi that should be alive after Revenge of the Sith is Obi-Wan and Yoda. But now everyone is Jedi.

Incorrect. It’s always been the case that a small number of Jedi escaped the Purge.

Maybe there were in some books or comics but I never knew of any. It just feels bad when you are running around more powerful than Luke ever was and you are not in the fight against Vader and the empire in the original movies.

(more powerful than Luke) HA that's a good joke.
