Uhh not really. Usually it's about comparable. But this is not at all.
Btw John Oliver kindly ♥♥♥♥ off. I can see you wouldn't have tried it since you only have windows 10. I'd wager I know more about this topic than you do. As I have been building my own computers to a high level for over 25 years.
So, I am a power user I also use 3D vision at 1440p so my image is being rendered twice. But I have tested both scenarios. In 2D it runs at over 100 fps at max detail at 1440p in W7, and 50 and below on 10 also have a computer that ranks in the top 1 percentile on 3dmark.
and this is on far older windows 7 drivers than the recommended. Also none of my other games have any problems on windows 10. Game needs an optimisation patch for modern OS.

Acronis is also throttling the .exe for anyone else seeing similar issues, but it's still bad after this is eliminated.
