Whoever decided to make Cere's switch permanent post-Ilum is an idiot
Way to go, dingus. You forced a part on us that is covered with rust, doesn't correspond with material colors, and doesn't match any other components except for Cere Junda's.

So unless you use Cere Junda's sleeve or upper switch, you're stuck with a discolored, mismatched hilt for the rest of the game.

Yea, how come you can customise the rest of the stuff but not the swith, You have to find all those sick a$$ lightsaber parts just to get it ruined by that switch. Why not just add one more tab for second switch? Might be an oversight but it's still annoying.

I ended up using her emitter for that end, with the Jaro emittter and Eno switch on the other end, honestly I thought it looked badass and the extra story feels made it seem right. Idk why you think that piece is ugly, it has functional reasons for being so bulky and it conforms to whichever metal you choose.

The OP is not referring to the emitter, but the ugly old switch.... Yes the emitter can be changed and conforms to the material as you said, but not the switch...

yeah thought it was a bit odd they did not let you change that part of it.. but its not the end of the world really when playing I hardly noticed it.

I actually thought that it would have been cool too, if the option to customize your lightsaber would first have been available from when you do the quest on Ilum. That would have given added so much to the satisfaction by finally having your own lightsaber.
I agree the switch part is stupid!

The option to toggle it off wasn’t in the game when they originally posted this. It was added in a patch.
