Missing DLC content.
I have gone far past the tutorial and i still dont have the deluxe content. I tried to contact support but it refers me to EA. I contacted EA and they said I need to contact Steam. Anyone have any tips? It says the DLC content is installed in my steam app.

The DLC content unlocks slowly in game as you play.

You should see the art book as an option in the main menu I think under extra content it was.

According to info i found online, it should unlock the lightsaber updates immedeately after tutorial, however i'm way past that.

I do, but it's the cosmetic stuff i havent "unlocked" ?

When you see the art book I think everything is fine. If I remember correctly I also didn't have all skins at start and had to unlock them.

Well I don't think pre-order bonuses are included in the deluxe edition. So you won't have the extra lightsaber cosmetics if you didn't pre-order the game.
