Databank Entries Missing

Hey guys, iam trying to get the 100% on JFO and i ran into some questions.
Right now iam trying to 100% Kashyyyk, since its the Planet with the most progress for me.
I think i should have all abilities (the main quest sends me to Dathomir)
Now my Questions
-I miss Databank Entries Quest Chapter 2.3 and Chapter 3.1
Chapter 1 and 4 are complete. That doesnt make sense for me and i fear i missed some story content.
-Another thing, i try to clean the imperial refinery on Kashyyk rn. I have all Chest, all Secrets and all imperial opression lore entries, + the flora and fauna one. I have the seed and the lore entry of insurgent activity. What do i miss?

I had a similar issue with Chapter 3. Entry 3.4 was missing when I was almost finished with the game. I restarted my playthrough and I want to make sure I don't miss any databank entries this go. I know entry 4 likely has something to do with the Zeffo tomb we visit in that chapter, but can't figure out why it didn't trigger.

Same problem with Chapter 2 Part 3

I got all chapter entries by progressing more through the game.
Those entries were related to Dathomir. So the game actually wants you to go there in those chapters, but if you progress the other planets you just get them later.

I have chapter 3.4 missing and I'm about to reach the last section of the game. I'm worried that if I go to the last planet I might not get the Data Disk achievment. Any solution to getting missed story databank entries?
