But trying to see if it’s worth the hassle in the first place if it won’t launch after first time without a connection :)
Cheers, I know origin has an offline mode too as long as your game is downloaded and patched. It’s steam using the origin launcher in background, I was worried it would need me to sign in online via origin every time I launched the game.
So my plan worked.
Downloaded and launched while still online on steam and origin, which links the game.
Restarted PC with no internet and steam in offline mode. It still lets you play and sign into origin offline as well.
So as per the above and replies, only needs Internet first time you launch and whenever you want to patch/update etc. Otherwise can enjoy offline.
Win win, now to go set my PC back up, looks like I can play on epic settings too
