Has anyone even gotten another of her guns? Level 12 with her and still havent gotten another weapon for her.

Not sure if you have already discovered this but Arsenal's shop upgrades.
So check with her.
I'm not sure if its story prog, account prog, or dsiovery/exploration, but currently i can repurchase anything i've acquired at lvl 30 and epic rating from her.
Some even that i have yet to loot for 18,700

Level 17 and I got probably every other weapon except the rifle. Also havent checked what weapon comes with the new hero... But ye, I got like a dozen of ransoms and tempests and all the other melee weapons but not a single poison sniper rifle sadly.

Have to use the shotgun now...

Arcstorm I have already obtained it (I have only obtained one at level 25 so far), and I personally feel that the chance of a weapon dropping is very low.

This is correct. Seems all previously acquired weapons and a few more can be bought from Arsenal, including Arcstorm or Nightshade. Their level and price depends on main story quest progress. I don't remember anymore when shop weapon Lv increased to 20. But I just beat Kolar the Beastmaster and all weapons sold at Arsenal are now Lv30 for 18,700 gold each.

I had a lvl 1 gun for her until the end and a lvl 30 dropped. Very low drop rate for me. I can buy a lvl 30 from the shop now though. All my weapons were purchasable at lvl 30 after I beat the last guy. One minute after that's unlocked at the shop the lvl 38 weapons are ready to be purchased though...

Level 30 Nightshade pops up later on, I got mine as the third bonus chest at the end of one of the Frostmarch dungeons - I believe it was the first run of 'The Hollow Heart'.

I use a Lv14 nightshade all the way, don't know where to get a Lv30 of it, thank you for your notice, find myself a shiny one from the chest on the road in that dungeon.

Weapons seem to unlock in tiers.

Rifles:
Longshot and Nightshade only seem to crop up once you reach Frostmarch.

Shotguns:
Hellswarm and Covetous are Boss drops. Hellswarm from a Worldboss in the Highlands that you need Frostmarch items to access, and Covetous from a mythic post-story boss.

Runecannons:
Duskbringer drops from the Astral Zephyr Worldboss in Frostmarch if you're REALLY lucky - better finish the story and buy it from the Huntmaster.
Requiem is a boss drop, from the end of the storyline fight, and Vesper 3 is yet another boss drop from another post-story mythic boss.

Dang. Looks like I'm stuck with a level 14 gun for awhile, then.
Seriously, the other guns besides Nightshade just aren't as much fun to use. A poisonous SMG with a full-auto mode I can save up as needed? Yes please.
