very difficult to follow the crafting weapon process

Hello there,

I am lvl 10, and even if you have the info from the description on what to farm, i still find it not firendly user at all, because for almsot all the weapons i don't know where to find a specific boss or if i have met him.
And it's the same for most materials.

It's not really clear where to go, would be could to have some kind of button where you can activate a tracker for a specific weapon that would be easier to follow than having to come back to the merchant ect ....

But maybe i am just stupid or too lazy :p

it explains what bosses and areas drops what, the gloom gate in the city shows every single boss you have managed to get so far, for open world bosses i believe its meant to be more exploratory and harder to find, specifically what do you think you cant find?

You need to progress a bit further to unlock enough stages to say what is what, but if you need to defeat "The First" and you don't have the encounter for "The First" then most likely you need to progress more.

The weapons go from order of progression, with there being a fast to farm, mid-game and current end game weapon for each class, which are mostly gated by how long it takes to access needed boss drops.

Thanks for your answer, it's more that as i can't track what i need to find, it's boring to come back to arsenal everytime to remember what i need to find.
A follow up system like in warframe would be great, then you can pin it and scroll on it to have the description on where to find this particular item while in middle of exploration.

Because right now, as far as i know you have no way to follow the items you need except to run back to arsenal ?

Also in the weapon crafting menu i have difficulty to identify what sword and shield weapon is the weakest for me to start farming (as i am only lvl 9).

You wont be able to craft weapon until much later. I am lvl 24 and in the frost woods area now and I still havent got the stuff you loot from the 'maw'...

im lvl 10 need a few more gold and can craft my first weapon, you do something wrong

Not twin daggers. some of the weapons require easier things to get.

Its one of those things that by the time you get through the game you've done everything so many times it becomes obvious and is not difficult. Up front it is disorienting because they give you quests to craft a weapon and unlock another character, which you can't really even do until way deep in the game.

you can click more info on the crafting table and it tells you, dunno what you call black stuff.
