Vermintide 2 is somewhat similar. Not exactly, but a co-op fantasy dungeon crawler with RPG elements, where you unlock, craft, and upgrade new weapons. There is a talent / level system per character. The store has skins for additional customization. Its quite good.

If you're looking for something more MMO themed, Guild Wars 2 just put out a pretty cool expansion.

Not really specific enough with what you want. Do you want component based crafting/farming? Melee focused 3rd person combat? Open world rpg with online coop content? Cause based on just these there are over a dozen games I could suggest, a lot of which are free.

Godfall is the closest one. About 25h playtime if you just play story.

Mostly 3rd person action that's mostly about doing dungeons/raiding with cool bosses and some good group content without exhausting leveling like in wow and other mmos
