PS. I'm not an alchemist so I can't help you get that info just letting you know that you aren't probably going to get an answer. I don't mean to sound rude or like I'm trolling but that's a closely guarded secret because of how powerful those pots can be in this game.
Your best bet is to join a big guild and bug their chemist till they tell you.

The problem of alchemy is not the math behind it, but the number of materials we have in game. It’s time and/or gold consumable to obtain all of them to calculate hidden modifiers numbers. After that it’s just a combinatorics, if you have programming skills you can speed up the process. But still you need to do a lot of manually experiments if you want to find hidden effects.
its the same as in MO1 so people have had like 10 years to figure it out
Its not silly its content, alchemist are people who love spreadsheets and often math nerds.
