How and where do I cancel the monthly sub?

I must be totally incapable of using the internet but I can't find anywhere I can cancel this, not on their website or here on Steam. I don't wanna pay until the issues have been solved. If anyone knows how to cancel the sub. please answer here, thank you!

They have not set up a sub system yet. All you have coming is your free time that came with your purchase. Which has not started yet either.

If you read the tos it says it is a recurring sub that we are responsible for. I tried to contact support, but it doesn't seem to exist. While there have been plenty of shady practices I like to think it is incompetence rather than malice.

I think everybody is on the edge right now. The new comers are angry about the release, and a part of them are attacking and insulting the game in any way possible. The fans are on edge too because of that and they might overreact sometimes. Look at the recent steam discussion. It's like all out war.

For answering the question, which was already answered, a good reference for info is the official discord. Check periodicaly the announcements and the faq. Don't go on the general, it's a bunch of crazy people complaining 24/7 ...

well my point of view is.. If its not on the store page, dont expect people to know it. No one should be expected to know everything, so a question is fine, even if the answer is "Out there"
You say people are angry about the release, but thats only half true, people are also angry about refunds, the way things were handled, and the honesty is in question of the CEO.
you have to remember, they did this same game, this same way, with the same result..
People blindly defending all this are just fanning the flames.

Would anyone be surprised if there was a 'glitch' and they withdrew multiple months of sub fees back to the release day? And then said opps .. and buried a link to email to unsubscribe .. knowing that many people who not see it?

did anyone ever agree to or enter payment in for for a subscription? steam seems decent about notifying you of recurring payments, idk . With all the other ♥♥♥♥ thats went on , i feel like they wanted to implement a subscription but couldn't figure it out lol. Nothing is said anywhere in the client or on the store about it that ive noted but feel free to correct me on that!

As is most players have joined through steam. So SV does not even have your info to charge you for a sub. And if they do the sub through steam then steam will most likely have to get you to agree to it before starting it. Seeing what you paid for now is not a sub.

Yeah your right lmao... I'm not usually so aggressive. I enjoy helping in /h in-game and the discord. I really try and put a lot of "level" thought into the discussions here in steam. (IMO ofc)

I will admit I've slept 3 hours in 2 days (not the games fault). Disabled vet and sometimes sleep just isn't in the cards when you hear crazy ♥♥♥♥ that isnt there as you fall asleep. Or the kinds of dreams that make you gasp awake and stumble up around the house as fast as you can because you just HAVE TO move or bad ♥♥♥♥ will happen.

The true reason I was so aggressive in my earlier post is the absolute..... incompetence of people. The exact same question rolling through /h chat every 10 seconds on how to leave Haven. I mean come on guys, it's in the patch notes. If you just looked at your map once, you'd have your answers.

TLDR: I was in a bad mood and and it's hard to read the damn help chat when it's all see through. I apologize for my earlier comment. But I do 100% stand by the comment for the general population.

Edit: I have since gotten a solid 5 hours of sleep and feel much better.
