So, new guy Graymoor replaces Nocturne?

I downloaded this new DLC, with the new character, Graymoor, but I am more than halfway through the game and I have not had Nocturne come up. Is this a replacement or has the game changed? So far, I do not Junaji, or whatever, I'm sure I butchered the name, and Nocturne.
Does any body know?

Is really not much of an answer, so I am attempting to rephrase the question as clearly as the English language offers. Thank you offering your input.

You have to unlock all the characters through missions. Nocturne is there you just have to wait for the recruit mission to show up then do the mission. Greymoor doesn't replace her.

The new character is just an addition, not a replacement. Recruitment opportunities are totally random so it is not surprising to go weeks without one occurring.

Well, that being said, for which I appreciate very much.
I still have not received a prompt to obtain agent Nocturne in this game.
I was just curious and unfortunately I have not been rewarded with a definitive answer.

I'm about to finish my playthrough and am yet to see Nocturne. Possibly because I haven't done many recruitment missions, but if you're going to pay for a character then you damn well should get to use it. Maybe a compulsory mission or even a cutscene that adds them to the team. Leaving paid content to RNG isn't acceptable to me.

Not sure you are aware of this but, if you start a new custom game you can choose any 4 characters to start. If you have paid for Nocturne, she can be one of them.

My current playthrough has both Nocturne and Isaac recruited (it was started before the patch, but both of their recruitment missions popped up after the patch hit).

You don't get all the characters on all the game. I'm on my fourth run-through and I have only seen Alexandrite once :-( . Nocturne is still here, had her last game after the new character got released
Still haven't seen Isaac... Is he any good?

After you’ve purchased Nocturne, she should show up as a recruit mission on the very next week (without having to go find her first, she should just be there on the map to go save). After you’ve done that, future games will treat her like any other agent. — Same goes for Isaac (but you do have to download him even tho he’s free).
