Celestiné Coup de Grace recharge?

So, apparently, Celestine recovers one signature charge whenever she performs a coup de grace, but I have no idea what that is. I mean, I know what a coup de grace IS, I just don't know what it means in game terms.

- I don't see it reference's anywhere else in her abilities;
- The out-of-combat attacks are called Takedowns;
- Ingrid's passive refers to killing an enemy as, well, "killing an enemy".

So, what's a coup de grace? Did someone do a translation booboo?
