Creative mode palette is restricting

So sometimes I press space bar to bring up the palette and it only comes up with the following buttons:
- Foliage
- Brick
- Pick material
- Grid
- Undo
- Shortcut
- Exit

I don't got concrete, rock, plastic, metal, plaster or any other materials that's suppose to let me choose from. Did I miss something?
Note: I use Geforce now don't know if it's relevant.

Do you see the colors on the palette? Those are the materials, it also says beside them what each of them are. What you're seeing is at the bottom part of the palette i'm pretty sure.

Right now it's sorted itself out, just every once in a while those colours on the palette don't pop up only the buttons at the bottom.
