Screen recorder not saving files properly?

First time I tried the built in screen recorder it worked just fine, the makemovie file appeared and I was able to convert it into a short clip. However, now when I try the same thing, the game saves all the jpg files into a capture folder along with the wav file, instead one one big makemovie batch. Any ideas what could be the issue?

What happens when you run the makemovie script again? The way it should work is that the game saves all the frames to the capture folder then you run the makemovie script to assemble it to a video file.
