game crashes when loading

every time I try to start a mission or a sandbox game my game just gets stuck on the loading screen and crashes, the funny thing is that when I enter the campaign everything starts up successfully but when I try to start a mission the game just gets stuck on loading and crashes, please help to me

Also, if you have any mods installed - uninstall them. This should help fix the abovementioned issue.

Hello! Please, specify whether you have any mods installed. If you do have mods, uninstall them all, please. We have numerous reports where mods crashed the game and caused unwanted problems. Please, let us know if this helps.
