Teardown demands a lot from your hardware. CPU and GPU. It could be that your RAM is unstable, for example. Do you have a XMP profile loaded?
You could also try a complete and clean reinstall of the graphics driver with DDU. Search the web for a guide, but remember to use Safe Mode and disconnect the network cable/disconnect from WLAN.

Teardown is the only game I have ever encountered this issue on; my PC has been been able to run nearly every program I've used on it without issue. As for my RAM, let me check up on that and get back to you.
