How do I hide the interface?

I watched the trailer of the game, and saw that the developer was able to remove the interface. Also I have seen that some people can hide it too. How to do it?

If you pause you can enter photo mode to take screenshots without the UI. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you mean but if you're just looking for screenshots that should do it.
